Catla is a famous fish with big and broad head and normally you can find this particular fish in lakes and rivers in northern India, Nepal, Myanmar, Bangladesh and Pakistan. You can make delicious recipes with this fish. Today I want to tell you how to make coriander catla for your lunch menu.
Ingredients:
- Fish (Catla) 5 pieces
- Green Chili 3 pieces
- Onion (Big size) 2 Pieces
- Tomato(Chopped) 1 piece
- Coriender Leaf
- Cumin Seeds (Jeera) half teaspoon
- Cumin Seeds Dust half teaspoon
- Ginger-Garlic Paste
- Salt as per taste
- Turmeric Powder
- Mustard Oil
Coriander Catla is Ready for You
Making Process:
- Wash the pieces of fish with clean water after that put Salt and Turmeric power on the pieces of fish to coat properly and fry with mustard oil. After frying properly keep them separately.
- Now take empty Kadai and put Mustard Oil, Cumin Seeds, Green Chili, Chopped Onion, Tomato and fry them spending some time with sim temperature on your Gas Oven.
- After that put Cumin Seeds Dust, Ginger-Garlic Paste, Salt and Turmeric powder and fry with some time.
- Finally take the fried pieces of fish and put them into the Kadai, add little bit water and Coriander leaf. Cover the Kadai and wait till the curry become gravy situation with Sim temperature of your Gas Oven.Check the taste and serve this for the lunch.
