Delicious Brunch Menu Egg with Mixed Veg Pancake Recipe

Today I want to tell you the recipe of Egg with Mixed Veg Pancake. This is a great recipe that I found in my Mom's recipe book. I think I was well judged with this beautiful recipe because all of my family members favorite this item on my first attempt. You can eat this on your Breakfast or Brunch.

Ingredients:
  1. Egg 2 pieces
  2. Flour(Maida) 4 teaspoonful
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. Mustard Oil
  5. Cauliflower
  6. Carrot
  7. Capsikam
  8. Green Chili
  9. Onion
  10. Coriander Leaf
Egg with Mixed Veg Pancake

Process:

  • Take all the vegetables and cut into very small pieces.
  • Crack the eggs and mixed yellow and white part of the eggs very well.
  • After that put Flour, Salt, Cauliflower, Carrot, Capsikam, Green Chili, Onion, Coriander Leaf one by one and mix very well with the liquid egg.
  • Now take your frying pan and fry above mixer into several parts. Fry very well both sides of every cakes and it's ready to serve with Tomato Sauce.

Delicious Fish Curry Coriander (Dhania) Catla Recipe

Catla is a famous fish with big and broad head and normally you can find this particular fish in lakes and rivers in northern India, Nepal, Myanmar, Bangladesh and Pakistan. You can make delicious recipes with this fish. Today I want to tell you how to make coriander catla for your lunch menu. 

Ingredients:
  1. Fish (Catla) 5 pieces
  2. Green Chili 3 pieces
  3. Onion (Big size) 2 Pieces
  4. Tomato(Chopped) 1 piece
  5. Coriender Leaf
  6. Cumin Seeds (Jeera) half teaspoon
  7. Cumin Seeds Dust half teaspoon
  8. Ginger-Garlic Paste
  9. Salt as per taste
  10. Turmeric Powder
  11. Mustard Oil 
     Coriander Catla is Ready for You
Making Process:
  • Wash the pieces of fish with clean water after that put Salt and Turmeric power on the pieces of fish to coat properly and fry with mustard oil. After frying properly keep them separately.
  • Now take empty Kadai and put Mustard Oil, Cumin Seeds, Green Chili, Chopped Onion, Tomato and fry them spending some time with sim temperature on your Gas Oven.
  • After that put Cumin Seeds Dust, Ginger-Garlic Paste, Salt and Turmeric powder and fry with some time.
  • Finally take the fried pieces of fish and put them into the Kadai, add little bit water and Coriander leaf. Cover the Kadai and wait till the curry become gravy situation with Sim temperature of your Gas Oven.Check the taste and serve this for the lunch.

How to Make Masala Paneer?

Masala Paneer a delicious Indian dish for lunch. You can eat this item with rice, roti and paratha. Below are the ingredients and process of making this delicious item:

Ingredients:
  1. Paneer 100 grams
  2. Potato 2 pieces (Medium Size)
  3. Capsikam 1/2 (Half)
  4. Coriander Leaf
  5. Onion 2
  6. Green Chili 2
  7. Salt
  8. Sugar
  9. Ginger-Garlic Paste
  10. Turmeric Powder
  11. Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
  12. Cumin Seeds Dust 1/2 (half) teaspoon 
  13. Garam Masala Dust 1/2 (half) teaspoon
  14. Mustard Oil
    Masala Paneer is Ready to serve you

Process:
  • Cut the Paneer several Pieces and fry these with mustard oil and keep them separately.
  • After that take an empty Kadai, now put into this Mustard Oil, Cumin Seeds (Jeera), Green Chilis, Chopped Onions, Pieces of Capsicam, Pieces of Potato, Salt and Turmeric one by one and fry them little bit(wait for brown colour).
  • Now put Ginger-Garlic paste, Cumin Seeds Dust and Sugar as per taste wait for little bit fry.
  • After that take fried paneer and put them into the Kadai add some water and cover the Kadai for 10 mins.
  • Wait till the curry become gravy situation, after that put Garam Masala and Coriander Leaf into the gravy. Now it's ready to serve.

Paneer Paratha: A Delicious Indian Breakfast Menu

Today, I'm describing how to make Paneer Paratha. It's a delicious Indian menu for breakfast or evening meal. Now I start to discuss about the making process of Paneer Paratha. 

Ingredients Needed:
  1. Flour 300 grams
  2. Paneer 50 grams
  3. Capsikam 1/2(half)
  4. Onion 1 piece
  5. Green Chili 2 pieces
  6. Coriander Leaf
  7. Suger as per taste
  8. Salt as per taste
  9. Refine Oil for fry
  10. Tomato sauce
Paneer Paratha with Tomato Sauce
Process:
  • Take flour, two teaspoonful refine oil and water as per requirement. Mix them properly. After that make some flour balls with these. And keep these balls in a dish.
  • Take Capsikam, Onion, Green Chili, Coriander Leaf and chopped them in very small pieces. After chopped these vegetables properly take Paneer, Sugar, Salt and mix with chopped vegetables.
  • Now take flour balls one by one and put them mix item which you prepared in earlier step.
  • Now take prepared balls and rolling them using wooden roller. After that fry these with Refine oil properly and serve with Tomato sauce.
