Great Indian Recipe - Gobi Kaju Posto (Cauliflower - Cashew Nut - Poppy Seeds)

Gobi Kaju Posto is a delicious Indian recipe. Basically, it is a Winter Recipe made with Cauliflower. You can eat this as your lunch menu. Your family members will be happy after eating this purely Indian recipe. Now I will tale you how to prepare this delicious item in your own kitchen.  

Ingredients:
  1. Cauliflower 1 pc medium size
  2. Tomato 2 pcs
  3. Onion 2 pcs
  4. Green Chili 4 pcs
  5. Cashew Nuts-Poppy Seeds Paste
  6. Raisins
  7. Ginger-Garlic Paste
  8. Tomato Sauce
  9. Salt as per taste
  10. Sugar as per taste
  11. Refine Oil
  12. Mustard Oil

Gobi Masala with Cashew Nut and Poppy Seeds
Process:
  • Fry cauliflower pieces with refine oil and place it separately.
  • Then add some mustard Oil into the Kadai and put Onion, Tomato, Green Chili and Salt one by one and fry them spending some time with Sim temperature on your gas oven.
  • After completely frying put some Ginger-Garlic Paste, Sugar and Tomato Sauce wait sometime to fry them properly.
  • Now take fried cauliflower and put these into the Kadai also put  Cashew Nuts-Poppy Seeds paste, Raisins and little bit water one by one and cover the Kadai for some time. After becoming gravy type your preparation is ready to serve with Rice, Roti or Padatha

A Delicious Winter Recipe - Peas Paneer

Peas Paneer or Mattar paneer is basically a North Indian dish. It's very much famous in Winter season. You can eat this as breakfast or dinner menu with Roti, Paratha or Puri. Now here I'm discussing how to make this delicious Peas Paneer at your home.


Ingredients:
  1. Paneer 200 gms
  2. Potato 2 pcs
  3. Green Peas 10/12 pcs
  4. Green Chili 3 pcs
  5. Tomato 1 pc
  6. Onion 2 pc
  7. Garlic-Ginger Paste
  8. Cumin Seeds 1/2(half) ts
  9. Salt as per taste
  10. Sugar as per taste
  11. Turmeric Powder
  12. Paneer Masala (You can find in the Market)
  13. Mustard Oil
  14. Garam Masala Dust 1/2(half) ts
Peas Paneer Paneer with Paratha
Process:
  • At first cut the Paneer into several pieces and fry these with Mustard Oil and place these separately after frying.
  • Add some mustard oil into the Kadai and put Cumin Seed, Green Chili, Chopped Onion, Tomato, Salt, Turmeric Power and Potato one by one. Fry then properly.
  • After that put Garlic-Ginger Paste and Paneer Masala into the Kadai and fry them spending some time.
  • Add fried Paneed, Green Peas, Sugar and little bit water into the Kadai and cover up the Kadai for sometime.
  • Lastly, add some Garam Masala into the Kadai and wait till the curry come in Gravy State. Now it's ready to serve with Roti, Paratha or Puri
